About the Role

We're currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Estimator / Senior Estimator to join our Landscapes division in Campbellfield, reporting directly to the Greenfields Department Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estimator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a supportive, growth-focused team.
How You'll Make a Difference
Prepare competitive and well-considered cost estimates for a wide range of landscaping and civil infrastructure projects.
Analyse tender documentation, assess scope, and identify opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
Drive efficiencies in estimating systems, reporting, and record-keeping.
Actively contribute to building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and consultants.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior estimators and estimating assistants.
What You'll Bring to the Team
Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating within the civil or landscaping sectors.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Strong analytical, mathematical, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with strong communication and influencing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software tools.
