Administrative All-Round Extraordinaire!
Creative Custom Cars have an exciting opportunity for a front of house, administrative, office manager extraordinaire!
This is a full time role that will see you join a team of 11 other passionate people in a picturesque part of Victoria. We are located at the foothills of the Mornington Peninsula hinterland and just minutes from renowned Dromana and Safety beaches, with easy access straight off the Mornington Peninsula Freeway (M11).
We are a market-leading provider in classic and vintage automotive, providing a wide range of services to classic car owners. These range from relative simplicities such as oil changes and brake line fabrication through to concours (and boldly may we say) award -winning restorations.
Your role will comprise duties that include, but are far from limited to, the following:
* Providing comprehensive administrative support to the tradespeople, customers, and accounts
* Being the primary point of contact in reception, for customers, suppliers and tradespeople alike
* Being the primary parts controller, including ordering, receiving and monitoring all parts inventories
You will be welcomed into a vibrant, pulsing small business, where the demands of all team members are diverse and varied. As various opportunities arise, you will have the ability to exercise your strengths, to fit within our small business as an administrator/office manager. You will be a team player, and an integral support to those around you.
Not to mention, your work week will kick off with a sweet treat (4-day work week Tuesday - Friday 7am - 5pm), and your work year will be punctuated with seasonal team dinners at various local foodie hotspots.
