Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their needs, recommend products, answer questions, and provide information about features, prices, and care instructions.
* Photo Printing: Print photos on wooden and acrylic blocks according to customer specifications.
* Sales & Transactions: Process sales, returns, and refunds using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system; handle payments and package goods.
* Merchandising & Stock: Unpack deliveries, restock shelves, price items, create appealing product displays, and assist with inventory counts.
* Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organised, and visually appealing.
* Promotions: Inform customers about sales, promotions, and loyalty programs.
Work Hours:
* May require working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience
* At least 6 months of experience in a retail setting with direct customer interaction
Trainings
* All necessary training related to products and printing will be provided.
