* Leading site operations on weekends
* Leading, supervising, and supporting staff members
* Maintaining operational health and safety standards and adhering to best practices
* Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
* Experience in customer service and conflict resolution
* Familiarity with workplace health and safety principles and PPE requirements
* Cash handling experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Strong physical fitness for a physically demanding role
