We're partnering with a fast‐growing payments / POS business to hire a Sales Manager: New Business, a role for someone who doesn't just manage teams, but builds high‐performing sales machines.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
You'll run your own pod (BDRs + closers) and be measured on results.
* Coach reps live: on the floor, in real time
* Build a system that scales, not just quick fixes
Must Have
* 3‐5+ years leading high‐velocity / SMB sales teams
* Experience managing BDR/SDRs + closers (hunters)
* Proven ability to drive performance, not just report on it
* Strong hands‐on coaching capability
* Track record improving conversion, pipeline, and revenue outcomes
* Background in payments, POS, fintech, telco, or SaaS SMB
* Experience in high‐volume, short sales cycle environments
* Experience in scaling or post‐acquisition businesses
* Strong commercial acumen
* You own a core revenue function, not just manage it
* You can see your impact immediately in the numbers
* You're stepping into real opportunity, not a finished system
* Clear path to senior leadership as the business scales
