What will your key responsibilities include?
* Grow your network and create new opportunities by leveraging existing relationships and building strong referral channels.
* Deliver a seamless lending experience—guide customers through every stage of the home loan process, from first inquiry to approval.
* Be the face of Newcastle Permanent in the community, actively promoting our brand and strengthening connections with potential clients.
* Stay flexible and customer-focused, meeting clients offsite and outside standard hours to maximise opportunities and deliver exceptional service.
* Keep ahead of the market, staying informed on trends and lending products to provide expert advice and tailored solutions.
What are we looking for?
* Proven expertise in retail lending, with strong product knowledge and a solid understanding of credit policy.
* A well-established network of local contacts and strong community connections.
* Demonstrated success in building and managing a business pipeline and consistently achieving sales targets.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage customers and key stakeholders for long-term success.
* Ability to champion brand awareness and represent Newcastle Permanent within the community.
* Meticulous attention to detail, paired with excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital tools.
* A current driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
