We require 2 experienced Mobile Plant Trainers & Assessors looking for a FIFO opportunity. We are seeking experienced, safety-driven mobile plant professionals to deliver high-quality training and assessment services across a busy mining operation.
This is a 12-month contract role with a 2 week on and 2 weeks off structured roster, geared to those unique trainers who enjoy working closely with operators to build skill, capability and confidence onsite.
Training delivery will be site specific site-based training and assessments for a range of mobile plant equipment (e.g., Dozers, Excavators, Loaders, Haul Trucks, Graders etc)
Ideally the applicants will have a;
1. Good understanding of WHS obligations, and compliance requirements
2. Excellent communication, documentation and interpersonal skills
3. Strong work ethic, and one to one or with small groups
