Key Responsibilities
* Lead the preparation and review of technical tax advice, reports, and client-facing documents.
* Oversee the execution of tax strategies and structuring solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
* Provide expert advice on M&A transactions, including tax due diligence, structuring, and reviewing sale & purchase agreements.
* Manage corporate tax compliance, including overseeing the preparation and review of income tax returns.
* Identify potential risks and ensure adherence to both global and local quality control and risk management processes.
* Ensure client engagements are executed with the highest standards, within agreed timelines.
* Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and fostering their professional development.
* Actively contribute to business development initiatives to enhance the firm's services and grow your personal brand.
* Contribute to the development and execution of service line strategies, ensuring they align with the firm's broader business goals.
Qualifications
* At least 7 years of leadership experience in Corporate Tax, ideally gained in a Big 4 firm or a similar top-tier professional services environment.
* Relevant professional qualifications, such as CA, or a law degree with a tertiary qualification in Tax.
