Full Job Description: Connect Resources are a specialist provider of Recruitment and Labour hire solutions. Our recruitment team have a combined 20 years recruiting for local & FIFO roles in WA, NSW & QLD specialising in labour hire and permanent placements across multiple scopes of work. These include Civil Construction, Commercial Construction, Manufacturing and Mining for blue-collar trades. Your new role: Due to our continued growth and the recent award of several high-profile contracts, we have exciting opportunities for a Recruitment Consultant in our Perth office. This role will have a focus on trades & labour positions in Perth & for FIFO roles. We will provide you with the structure and support required, while encouraging you to tailor how you run your desk to best suit you. Key responsibilities: Conducting phone screens and face to face interviews with candidates Attracting and sourcing of candidates through advertising, headhunting and networking on LinkedIn and in-person Leveraging existing relationships to continue diversifying our portfolio of work What we require from you: Minimum 1 year experience in a similar recruitment role Self-motivated and driven to succeed as a Recruitment Consultant Ability to work within a team or autonomously Strong relationship building skills, both internally and externally Excellent attitude and willingness to learn Why work for us?
