About the roles
Opportunities are available across both Primary and Secondary levels:
* Primary Teachers (A1–B1)
Plan and deliver lessons for students from Preschool to Year 12, aligned with DaF experience. Responsibilities include creating and adapting teaching materials, assessing progress, and providing individual feedback in a supportive and engaging classroom environment.
* DSD Teachers (B1–C1)
Prepare students for the Deutsches Sprachdiplom (DSD written & oral) exams, including lesson delivery, exam preparation, running mock exams, and marking assessments. Responsibilities also include coordinating with advisors and families, invigilating written exams, participating on oral exam panels, and contributing to exam organisation and evaluation.
All roles involve collaboration with colleagues, ongoing student assessment, and participation in school meetings and training sessions.
About you
The successful candidates will possess a high level of knowledge in German as a Foreign Language (DaF) and/or German Studies or Teacher Training in German. Ideally, you bring teaching experience and excellent language competence (native or C2 level). For the DSD role, you are either familiar with exam regulations or willing to learn them. You enjoy working with teenagers and young adults, and you demonstrate strong organisational and administrative skills, a sense of responsibility, and a collaborative team spirit.
