The Education Administrator Senior Secondary plays a pivotal part in providing comprehensive administrative support across the full student lifecycle, from pre-enrolment through to successful course completion. Working closely with senior management, educators, and other administrative staff, the Education Administrator Senior Secondary supports the implementation of efficient processes that enable effective teaching and learning.
Through regular collaboration with various departments across the institution, this role contributes to a seamless and coordinated experience for students, ensuring their academic journey is supported and enriched throughout.
A strong focus on compliance is integral to the role, ensuring all legislative requirements are met and established policies and procedures are consistently upheld.

Key Qualifications and Experience
* Significant administrative experience (at least 3 years) in an administration role
* A post-secondary level qualification in a business administration or customer service-related field would be highly regarded
* Experience working in education, a school environment, or the TAFE sector would be highly desirable
* Experience working as part of a team
Mandatory Requirements
* Current Victorian Working with Children Clearance
* Current Police Check (no older than 12 months old)
* Current Driver's Licence (some travel between campuses may be required)
