Key Responsibilities:
As Visual Merchandiser, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
* Designing and implementing visually engaging in-store and showroom displays that reflect seasonal trends, enhance the customer experience, and highlight our furniture collections.
* Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure visual displays align with promotional strategies and deliver a consistent, impactful brand message.
* Working closely with the marketing team to prepare products and visual setups for social media campaigns, photo shoots, and video productions, ensuring all content aligns with brand standards and visual storytelling objectives.
* Maintaining high showroom standards by keeping layouts fresh, inviting, dynamic, and fully aligned with brand guidelines.
* Applying strong space-planning expertise to optimize product visibility, customer flow, and overall showroom functionality.
* Staying informed on the latest design trends, innovations, and visual merchandising best practices to ensure the showroom remains current and competitive.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, with a background in furniture or home décor retail.
Strong eye for design, color coordination, and trends.
Experience in space planning, layout design, and creating impactful visual displays.
Ability to work independently and creatively, while adhering to deadlines and maintaining brand guidelines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with 3D design software or other merchandising tools is a plus.
