Seeking a Graduate Reliability Engineer to join our team.
Job Description
This role offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and a clear pathway to career progression in the mining sector. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for conducting failure mode and root cause analyses to improve equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analyses to identify potential failures and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Perform predictive and preventative maintenance using advanced techniques such as vibration analysis, thermography, noise monitoring, and wear debris analysis.
- Assess new equipment installations, update asset registers, and optimise spare parts inventory.
- Analyse plant downtime data and develop structured maintenance plans.
- Collaborate with technicians, operations teams, and design engineers while staying current with industry best practices.
Requirements
A successful candidate will possess a degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, PRONTO, and spreadsheet-based systems. A current C-class manual driver's licence is also required.
