RPS, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking defence digital professionals with strong interpersonal and technical skills. The roles are full-time permanent roles and will support our clients and teams in planning and delivery major, complex defence digital projects.Core skillsets that we are seeking are: project management, systems engineering and integration.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide project management, systems engineering or data integration for large defence projects and programs
* Develop and maintain relationships with new clients and enhance existing relationships with both internal and external clients
* Strong communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner
* Lead the delivery of projects to optimise time, cost and quality outcomes
* Strong interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently through unstructured tasks
About You
* 3-20 years experience
* Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent experience/training
* Project management training or qualification desirable
* Able to successfully obtain and maintain a minimum Australian Government Baseline NV1 Security Clearance
* Prior experience working with on defence digital projects is highly regarded
* Strong team player who enjoys working in a team environment.
