You will collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and support our organizational goals.
We have a unique opportunity for a Workforce Planner to join our team on a part-time basis with minimum 36 hours per week onsite.
The ideal candidate should be available to work following shifts: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday - 10:00am to 7:30pm No experience?

Your key responsibilites will be: Develop schedules in line with business needs.
Assist the Workforce Coordinator to effectively roster our employee resources.
You will be responsible for the publishing of rosters, processing of employee status changes and employment transactions whilst using your knowledge of interpreting relevant industrial instruments to provide a professional service to our staff.
Manage contacts from employees and team leaders relating to planned and unplanned absences, and assess requirement for backfilling or additional shifts Ensure compliance to all company and industry guidelines Set new staff up on the systems To Be Successful You Will Have Previous experience in Rostering and/or other similar position Qualifications in business, commerce, human resources and/or demonstrated experience in a similar role High level skills with Microsoft Office products and HR information systems.
