About the role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to be a key driver of their sales efforts, responsible for driving revenue, achieving sales targets, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction (CSAT). Based in Welshpool, success in this role is underpinned by product sales experience, customer-centricity and leadership skills. They will work alongside the Marketing and Procurement stakeholders to optimize collaboration and increase opportunity for the business.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Effectively develop a sales strategy to achieve sales goals.
- Maintain and nurture existing client portfolio.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and market segments.
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate value proposition.
- Uphold high standards of client service excellence.
