As the Learning & Development Advisor – Learning Content, you will be the go-to expert for the creation of learning solutions. This role is responsible for managing our Learning Management System (LMS), designing and developing learning modules (including but not limited to eLearning), creating engaging instructional content, and curating resources for our intranet and digital libraries. You'll also lead the development of workshops and blended learning experiences that support capability growth across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
* LMS Management: Oversee configuration, content uploads, user permissions, reporting, and troubleshooting to ensure a seamless learner experience.
* Instructional Design: Design and develop interactive eLearning modules, instructor-led materials, and blended learning programs using adult learning principles and modern design methodologies.
* Content Development: Create and maintain high-quality learning resources for intranet, digital libraries, and knowledge hubs.
* Workshop Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design engaging workshops and virtual learning sessions.
* Digital Learning Strategy: Drive innovation in learning technologies and ensure content aligns with business objectives and values.
* Analytics & Continuous Improvement: Monitor learner engagement and program effectiveness, using data to refine content and improve outcomes.
What you'll bring:
* Tertiary qualification in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or related field.
* Proven experience in LMS administration and eLearning development.
* Strong knowledge of instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE) and digital learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
