We’re looking for a Director of Sales to champion growth across two standout Hunter Valley properties Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat.
This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on relationship building driving sales across MICE Corporate Leisure Health & Wellbeing Golf and F&B. You’ll be shaping the commercial success of two unique destinations while working in one of Australia’s most sought‑after regions.
Your Impact
* Lead and implement annual sales strategies alongside the Cluster GM
* Manage key accounts and market segments end-to-end
* Mentor and develop a dynamic sales and conference team
* Build strong industry connections that drive repeat and long‑term business
* Represent both properties within the tourism and hospitality sector
* Analyse sales data and market trends to inform growth strategies
* Partner with Commercial Sales to maximise visibility and revenue
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a Director of Sales or similar senior role within hospitality
* Expertise in managing complex sales segments across multiple properties
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
* Knowledge of revenue and distribution strategies
* Passion for customer experience and team development
