Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams
This is a leadership role for someone who excels at driving sales, improving performance, and overseeing a portfolio of stores.
* Develop and mentor store managers to achieve operational excellence
* Monitor key performance indicators including sales, shrinkage, compliance, and labor
* Conduct regular store visits and performance check-ins to ensure team members are meeting goals
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development initiatives
* Implement company strategies, campaigns, and store standards to drive business results
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and head office to achieve shared objectives
Requirements:
* 3+ years of retail or area management experience with a proven track record of success
* Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills with a focus on talent development
* Sound understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and compliance principles
* Commercial acumen and ability to analyze and act on sales data to drive business decisions
* Excellent communication, time management, and decision-making abilities with a customer-centric approach
* Willingness to travel across the region as required
