Prepare supplier payment runs for approval and perform monthly creditor reconciliations. Payroll Administration: Provide administrative support for payroll processing for approximately 130 timesheet-based employees. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential; previous payroll experience is not required, but a willingness to learn is expected. Project Administration: Assist with project setup in Pronto and carry out related administrative and financial tasks to ensure accurate project costing and tracking. Experience with Pronto is required. Compliance & Governance: Ensure all activities comply with company financial authority levels, policies, and internal control procedures. Timekeeping & Costing: Accurately enter employee timesheets into the project costing system within designated deadlines.
