Job Details:
Axiom Technologies is seeking a part-time Desktop Support Officer to provide onsite/on-call assistance to end-users within the organization's desktop computing environment.
Skill Requirements:
* Troubleshoot computer OS/Peripherals
* Handle Different PC Operating Systems (Windows 7/8 and 10)
* Install Hardware Software using deployment tools like SCCM
* Basic knowledge of SOE and group policies
* Support Printers
* MS Office tools installation & troubleshooting
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Field experience supporting various technologies and services
* Advanced technical abilities including solid troubleshooting skills applicable to Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems
