Job Description:
Lead Analyst for Cincom Control and MRP++ applications oversees the implementation and operational support of MRP, Purchasing, Logistics, and Planning functionality across the Cincom Control solution. Responsibilities include: collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and delivering innovative solutions to align with L3Harris business objectives, ensuring system stability and performance for production systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Functions:
1. Oversee daily operations and support for Operations and Supply Chain modules in Cincom Control as well as integrated systems, ensuring system stability and performance.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and managed service provider support personnel to gather requirements, design solutions, providing expert guidance on best practices.
3. Develop and maintain documentation, including business process flows, system configurations, and user manuals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
4. Monitor and manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
5. Provide leadership and architectural support to the managed service provider support team.
6. Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements for Cincom application, and assist with troubleshooting complex issues
7. Provide project metrics to support the management of key project milestones and deliverables
8. Stay current with new technologies to align technologies with the L3Harris business direction
9. Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements
Qualifications:
10. Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
11. 9 years of experience in ERP supply chain management, with a proven track record of managing system implementations and operational support.
Preferred Additional Skills:
12. Strong knowledge of ERP operations and supply chain modules and familiarity with integration points with other key applications, such as MES and PLM.
13. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
14. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
16. Strong interpersonal skill set, with capability of interfacing and forming strong business partnerships with CHQ, Segment, sector and division leadership and stakeholders.
17. Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences
18. Experience with development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation.
19. Strong technical background in business operations – tools and processes.
20. Experience working within Purchasing and Material Management and Master Data, Operations and Planning, and Inventory and Warehouse Management
21. Exposure to project management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $99,500-$184,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $114,000-$212,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
