Job Opportunity: Credit Management
This position is a 3-4 month contract, working in a hybrid environment with flexible starting time. You will be responsible for managing collections and rebates, investigating and processing claims, and maintaining client records.
**The Role Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
* Management of your own ledger
* Investigating and processing claims
* Managing rebates and promotions
* Maintaining client records
* Reconciling customer accounts
* Prompt and efficient handling of disputes and enquiries
* Allocation of accounts
**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**
We are looking for candidates who have previous experience in a similar credit role, preferably within the FMCG or retail environment. You should also have solid attention to detail and time management skills, as well as sound written and verbal communication skills.
