Description:
Our Yard Coordinators are expected to support the yard operations and successfully deliver upon customer requirements, observing safe practices and a high focus on continual improvement.
Roster
* Based in Moomba, SA
* 15 days on, 13 days off - 9 hours per day
* Fly in from Adelaide or Brisbane.
* Opportunity for overtime.
* This position reports to Yard Supervisors.
Key Duties
* Conducting inspection, pipe preparation and facilitate return process.
* Loading and unloading of OCTG and associated goods related to yard operations within required timeframes.
* Conducting yard inductions for visitors and drivers, ensuring to validate certifications, and escalating any non-compliance matters to the Yard Supervisor.
* Conducting regular stock counts and effective inventory management, reporting inaccuracies promptly.
* Maintaining the yard in a safe and environmentally sound manner to meet relevant legislation regulations and MITO's requirements.
* Acting as the designated yard first aider.
* Conducting daily maintenance checks, reporting any faults to the Yard Supervisor.
* Conducting inventory inspections as per BMS criteria.
* Taking ownership of QHSE compliance for the Moomba yard.
* Reporting any safety concerns and non-compliance matters the Yard Supervisors as required.
* Conducting and recording safety observations and ensuring continuous improvement.
* Reporting quality and process deviations / faults to Supervisors as required.
* Communicating safety and work-related matters.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Valid Australian working rights
* High Risk Work License (Class LF)
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Current Drivers License
* Chain of Responsibility Level 1
* Load & Unload Goods Level 1
* Minimum 2 years fork lift experience
* Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
