UEMS is a family-owned and operated engineering company based in South Australia, specialising in Mechanical Maintenance .
We service clients across South Australia, interstate, and internationally, and we are seeking an experienced Project Administrator/Estimator to join our operations team.
This role is critical in supporting our Operations Managers by managing administrative functions and smaller quotations, allowing them to focus on technical work and larger projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and liaise with clients, suppliers, logistics, workshop, and site teams to understand project scope and assist with administrative tasks.
* Track project status and lifecycle, preparing and completing required documentation.
* Prepare, submit, and follow up on tenders and submissions as required.
* Support contract administration functions, including:
o Progress claim review and preparation
o Extension of time requests
o Cost-to-complete reports
o Variation processing
o Scheduling inspections with clients and sites
About You
* Certificate III in Engineering or Project Management (preferred)
* Strong administrative experience
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
* Understanding of operational workloads and ability to meet deadlines
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Based at our head office in the Barossa Valley (some travel may be required)
