Your part in St Stephen's Hospital team
As part of our Medical and Surgical Wards team, you will provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinical expertise whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns. Providing supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team through effective decision making and support, you will lead by example through exceptional communication, customer service and patient advocacy.
What makes a difference for us?
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in acute hospital setting
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent and AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship
- An ability to coordinate and prioritise your wards clinical load
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvements
