Account Manager
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Account Manager to partner with a portfolio of high-value independent business owners and support them in growing successful, sustainable businesses within the health and wellness sector.
This is a relationship-driven role that blends customer support, strategic problem solving, coaching, and operational excellence. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping account holders navigate structures, systems, and growth opportunities while ensuring a consistently high standard of service.
The role
In this role, you will:
• Partner closely with assigned accounts to support growth, progression, and long-term success
• Respond to complex account and customer enquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Provide clear guidance on compensation structures, placements, and business rules
• Monitor team growth and ensure timely recognition of achievements
• Support onboarding through welcome calls, communications, and follow-up
• Facilitate conference calls, prepare summaries, and maintain accurate documentation
• Manage account changes, placement requests, exceptions, and escalations
• Identify goals with account leaders and work collaboratively to develop strategies to achieve them
• Participate in strategy sessions, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Events, Operations, and Business Development
About you:
You are commercially minded, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed. You are comfortable navigating complexity, balancing multiple priorities, and building trusted relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
You will bring:
• 2–3 years' experience in customer service or account management within a corporate or business environment
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving capability
• Confidence working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite
• Experience using CRM or database systems and the ability to learn new platforms quickly
Experience in direct selling, network marketing, or commission-based business models is highly regarded but not essential. Training will be provided on systems, structures, and products.
