Account Executive Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with the ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closed deal.
* Own the end-to-end sales process: outreach, discovery, demos, proposals, and closing deals.
* Develop your own pipeline via outbound efforts and work inbound leads as needed.
* Expand accounts post-sale (farming/upsell opportunities).
* Use tools like CRM software to manage outreach and follow-up.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
* Comfortable with cold outbound and high-volume activity.
* Proven ability to hit and exceed quota with minimal guidance.
* Experience working deals in the $50K–$250K ARR range.
* Strong communication skills – you know how to qualify and close deals.
