Overview
Job title: Full Time Accountant (General)
Company: J&J; Associates Pty Ltd Trading As Incomefix
Location: Morley, Western Australia
Salary: Starting from $75,000 to $80,000 p.a., with KPI bonus incentives
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, Morning and Afternoon shifts available
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior accountant across a range of approx. 20 client structures including Partnerships, Trusts, Companies and SMSFs
- Prepare Financial Statements and Activity Statements for a range of clients
- Spend time uncovering our clients\' businesses – specifically their financial needs and goals
- Assist senior accountants with reviewing financial records, reconciliations and resolving discrepancies, including bank reconciliation issues

Experience and qualifications
- Proven working experience (minimum of 1 year) as an accountant or in a similar role in a local public accounting practice, with solid accounting and taxation knowledge
- CPA/CA accredited (or working towards)
- Experience with more complex tax areas such as Div7a and Capital Gains Tax
- Experience using MYOB, XERO and Handi Ledger accounting software
- Proven experience helping clients at all levels in achieving their financial goals
