About This Role
As a Video Conferencing Officer, you will coordinate video and audio links for prisoners across Victoria, supporting court appearances, legal meetings and other justice services using video technology. This is an ongoing, full-time role with a salary range of $81,496 - $98,955 per year, plus super.
What You Will Do
* Provide timely booking support for TeleCourt appearances.
* Manage accurate schedules with prisons, courts and legal professionals.
* Maintain clear records, booking systems and email correspondence.
* Give helpful advice and basic troubleshooting support for video conferencing bookings.
* Support a safe and secure corrections system through quality processes.
About You
There are no mandatory qualifications for this role. You should feel comfortable working on a rotating roster across weekdays and weekends.
You Should Also Have
Strong scheduling and coordination skills, the ability to stay calm when priorities change, clear communication and teamwork skills, and sound problem‐solving skills with attention to detail.
