About the Role
We are currently seeking a Clinic Administration Officer / Medical Screener to join our Wollongong clinic on a full‑time basis (38 hours per week).
Reporting to the Practice Manager, this is a varied role that combines administration, customer service and clinical screening tasks. You will play a key role in supporting clinic operations and delivering a high level of service to our clients and patients.
Key Responsibilities
* Reception and general administrative support
* Processing medical bookings and appointment coordination
* Results management and record administration
* Conducting preliminary medical assessments
* Specimen collection, including supervision of drug and alcohol testing
* Audiometry and spirometry testing
* Invoicing and billing support
About You
* Be highly organised with strong administration skills
* Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Be motivated to provide high‑quality service to staff and clients
* Be willing to travel to Parramatta for training
* Previous medical, clinical or reception experience will be highly regarded, however full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
