**About the Company**
Cerebral Palsy Alliance is a Not-For-Profit charity started by volunteers with a passion to build futures for people with cerebral palsy and other disabilities. The Donor Acquisition program of work creates 30% of all overall funding which is between $13 and $14 million and there are
35 000 active regular givers which are acquired by 6 different suppliers/agencies.
**About the Role**
The Donor Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of individual donor acquisition programs across multiple channels to deliver agreed net income and donor targets.
This role will suit someone who thrives working in a large team, enjoys variety and wants to be exposed to a broad range of activities in the delivery of a multi-channel acquisition strategy.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the day-to-day management of a multi-channel acquisition strategy including F2F, telemarketing, digital and direct mail to achieve agreed revenue and donor targets.
- Provide frequent training to third part suppliers to ensure fundraising messaging is on brand and risk to CPA's reputation is minimised.
- Support the supplier due diligence process to ensure third party suppliers are compliant with FWO regulations.
- Support the Acquisition Manager to provide regular reports and updates on the performance of donor acquisition activity to build confidence amongst internal stakeholders.
- Support the management of the donor acquisition income and expenditure budget to ensure investment and revenue are tracking within agreed parameters.
- Work closely with third party suppliers to maintain positive relationships and ensure they have what they need to fulfill their obligations including uniforms, stock, collateral, and retention reports.
- Collaborate with the Donor Services Team to manage donor complaints to ensure they are dealt with appropriately and in a timely fashion.

**Skills and Experience**
- Prior experience working in the telemarketing agency environment in a relationship management type of role
- Could be working in a NFP in a similar role within a donor support team focusing on donor acquisition
- Prior experience working in a fundraising role ideally donor services strongly advantageous
- Strong communications and copywriting skills
- Experience managing a customer database with the ability to analyse and segment data effectively
- Highly motivated team player with a small team mindset
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Fundraising, Campaign Monitor, Canva and Microsoft office programs is recommended
