We value field experience and a keen attention to detail, offering competitive salary packages to the most qualified and effective leaders.Key Responsibilities:Project GovernanceContinuously improve existing project governance structures through active collaboration with stakeholders.Develop and implement project portfolio performance monitoring systems.Lead Project Portfolio DeliveryManage project teams, including engineers, coordinators, and junior project managers.Conduct resource and budget forecasting.Oversee the implementation of performance monitoring systems.Business Operations & Project ManagementHandle contract management.Track project costs and cost codes.Manage personnel training programs.Oversee information management and operational systems.Engage legal support as needed.Manage third-party software solutions.Develop and present business cases.Dispute resolutionQualifications & Experience:The ideal candidate will possess:A tertiary qualification in engineering.At least 8 years of experience in delivering multi-disciplinary engineering design and construction projects.Strong project management skills, including the development and maintenance of information management systems, precise record-keeping, task tracking, and schedule/resource management.Essential skills such as stakeholder management, strategic communication, interpersonal abilities, and critical and lateral thinking.Experience in business operations management is highly valued.
