**About the role**
Due to rapid expansion of the business, an exciting career chance exists for an energetic, self-motivated, and organised team member who loves nothing more than supporting and coaching our wonderful CAREGivers network.
As a **CAREGiver Coach **for Home Instead you would be closely supported by an experienced team. The CAREGiver Coach will provide support, coaching & guidance to CAREGiver's whilst driving communication and recommendations through close observations to the People, Culture & Development Team Leader and Care Service Managers and Operations (scheduling) team.
The role serves an integral part of the Home Instead team ensuring the highest levels of protected & quality support and customer service is provided to our clients.

**Skills and experience**
- Cert III in Individual Support or higher qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in using equipment related to Aged Care (lifting hoists, mobility, disability and rehabilitation equipment)
- Highly efficient and organised with proven time management skills.
- Strong engagement, influencing, coaching and leadership skills
- Ability to manage time effectively, and optimize work priorities
- An effective communicator with excellent customer service skills and demonstrated problem solving abilities.
- Able to demonstrate your ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Experienced in identifying appropriate services, working within multidisciplinary teams across health and community services sectors is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license
