The Role As the Sales Specialist, you will: Drive eyewear and sunglasses sales through consultative service Build long-term client relationships and repeat business Confidently work toward and exceed sales targets Help clients choose frames that suit their face shape, style and lifestyle Learn to interpret optical prescriptions Recommend lens solutions tailored to individual needs Deliver a premium, personalised customer experience You’ll be supported by a practice equipped with the latest diagnostic technology and access to multiple optical labs, allowing you to offer truly customised eyewear solutions. Who We’re Looking For You might come from: High-end fashion retail Luxury sales Premium optical sales Boutique retail environments You’ll bring: Proven sales results and target achievement Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence in consultative selling Commercial awareness and business acumen A genuine interest in style, presentation and detail Experience in eyewear or healthcare (advantageous but not essential) Year 12 Maths and Science is helpful, but not required — full training will be provided for the right person.
