Our client, Killara Collective is an Indigenous-led social enterprise driving impact across education, sport, health, and community. The name Killara, meaning "Always There," reflects their commitment to creating lasting change. With 50% of profits reinvested directly into local communities, Killara doesn't just deliver programs - it builds movements, generating cycles of opportunity, growth, and wellbeing.

Key initiatives include:
* Partnering with school leaders via Edvisory to strengthen student outcomes and wellbeing.
* Delivering employability and entrepreneurship programs, providing pathways into work and innovation.
* Offering forestry, tree-planting, and environmental restoration experiences connecting education with sustainability.
* Supporting health and medical innovation, including navigation services to help families access care.
* Providing custom sporting apparel and pathways for girls in sport, breaking down barriers to participation.
* Leading Indigenous cultural learning projects, preserving Elders' stories and embedding cultural knowledge in schools and communities.
* Backing junior entrepreneurs and student ventures, supporting the next generation of changemakers.

* Information Management: Prepare documents, presentations, and reports to a high standard. Capture, organise, and follow through on priorities.
* Meeting & Event Support: Organise key meetings, workshops, and engagements; manage logistics and ensure smooth operations.
* Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with absolute professionalism and care.
* Culture & Wellbeing: Model and reinforce our value of caring for ourselves and others, contributing to a positive, resilient team environment.
About You
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or senior administrative partner in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across diverse groups of people.
* Exceptional organisational ability with a track record of juggling competing priorities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Tech-savvy: comfortable with digital collaboration tools and quick to adopt new systems.
* Flexible, resilient, and resourceful - able to adapt to evolving needs and priorities.
* A passion for community impact and making a difference in people\'s lives.
