Trusts and Estates Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Trusts & Estates Team as a Legal Assistant.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless client service delivery. This role requires the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure and maintain accuracy in their work.
* A diligent team player with refined secretarial skills, including proficient diary management via Outlook
* Preparation and dispatch of initial letters on straightforward estate matters
* Meticulous organizational skills, encompassing filing, photocopying, and scanning
* Precise typing skills via digital audio
* Experience in Case Management, opening files and ensuring meticulous due diligence and file compliance
In addition to these requirements, we seek an individual with:
* Previous experience in a legal Trusts & Estates environment would be advantageous
* Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
* A professional, empathetic, and attentive telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
