Early Intervention Facilitator *1 Full-time Position
As an Early Intervention Facilitator at BUSHkids, you will be natural connector who thrives on building confidence and capacity in families through the provision of information, education, targeted and individualised early supports for children under 9 years of age showing signs of a developmental delay aligned under our Early Connections stream. The role will also require you to work collaboratively with partnering organisations within your community aligned with the BUSHkids model of care in continuing to contribute to building community engagement and capacity.
Case Coordinator *1 Full-time Position
As a Case Coordinator at BUSHkids, you will provide support to families of children aged 0 to 9 years who have a diagnosis that meets NDIS eligibility or an active NDIS plan aligned to our Participant stream. The role focuses on building the capacity of families to navigate the NDIS referral pathway, community and mainstream supports, understand their child's NDIS plan in accessing reasonable and necessary NDIS funded supports in line with their child's goals.
A key aspect of both positions at BUSHkids is bringing your experience in early intervention and supporting families and young children, particularly vulnerable families who may face complex and multiple barriers in accessing services.
About You
Aligned to the Early Connections stream you would ideally bring a strong understanding/knowledge of early childhood development and developmental delays, ideally gained through your experience working as an Early Childhood or Early Years professional. Aligned to the Participant stream you may have worked in community intervention programs very closely with families aligned with case coordination/management experience.
We also require you to bring:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly, ask clear questions, accurately summarise information, and explain systems and next steps
* Professional written communication skills suitable for accurate case notes, and records.
* Experience supporting vulnerable families, with an understanding of the practical and social barriers families may face accessing services
* Confidence working in a fast‐paced environment with competing priorities
* Good judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured workflows and escalation pathways
* Confidence using Microsoft Office, along with CRM, data management or case management systems, templates and structured tools
* A practical, can‐do attitude, with a genuine interest in supporting children, families and the community
* The ability to work flexibly and adaptively, while maintaining clear boundaries around scope of work
* Alignment with BUSHkids' core values – Child‐Focused and Family Centred, Collaborative and Accountable
* A commitment to learning and professional development, and willingness to share knowledge and skills with others
* Valid Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
* Current C Class Driver's Licence
* Evidence of Hepatitis B vaccination status

* Not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 in tax savings per year plus $2,650 meal and entertainment allowance. This represents up to an additional $5,935 in your pay to cover essential living expenses on top of your base salary.
* Additional 3 days of gifted paid leave over the Christmas period.
