Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join the real estate management team in our collaborative Newcastle office. We are driven to maximise the performance of our client's assets by developing and implementing commercial property management solutions that enhance value and increase efficiency.
You will successfully achieve this by:
* Assisting property managers in developing and maintaining relationships with owners, occupiers, and operational personnel to ensure service excellence is delivered.
* Maintaining orderly financial management and lease administration procedures.
* Liaising with tenants when requested by property managers regarding lease administration.
* Updating tenancy schedules with all lease data and ensuring any key action dates are captured.
* Preparing regular reporting, including financial analysis, diary reports and any others as requested.
* Undertaking frequent inspections in order to oversee the presentation and maintenance of the property assets, ensuring high standards of appearance.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in an Administrative role, ideally within the Real Estate or Property sector.
* Tertiary qualifications in a Business, Commerce, Property or related degree is desirable.
* Currently holding or willing to obtain a Certificate of Registration.
* Strong organisation and negotiation skills.
