Infrastructure Project Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our national Infrastructure team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cost planning and pre/post-contract activities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will possess practical experience across various aspects of quantity surveying, including measurement of quantities, preparation of cost plans and estimates, value management, cash flow preparation, bills of quantities, and variation resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage cost planning and pre/post-contract activities for infrastructure projects
* Prepare and submit detailed cost plans and estimates for approval
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects
* Monitor and control project costs to ensure profitability
Requirements:
* At least 5-7 years post-qualification experience in the infrastructure sector/civil engineering
* Relevant undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, and/or Construction Management
* Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
