The Role
We are seeking a confident and experienced
Sous Chef
to join the team. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will have the ability and experience to lead a busy kitchen and support the ongoing developments for restaurant service and food quality. You will be experienced and have a can-do attitude, achieving outstanding results. You will be a proven Sous Chef with a background in high-volume venues.
Skills & Attributes
Previous experience as a Sous Chef
Clear communication skills with a high level of organisation
Experience working with Budgets & Rosters
Demonstrated experience with menu creation
Good work ethic
