Key Roles and Responsibilities:
* Manage the preparation, review and submission of all financial accounts (monthly, quarterly, annual).
* Conduct financial planning, analysis, management and reporting for the budgeting and forecasting process.
* Oversee daily banking and cash management, including accounts payable and receivable reconciliations.
* Collaborate with enterprise managers to develop meaningful and measurable working budget models.
* Administer fixed asset management, insurance, finance, and asset registers.
* Assist with statutory reporting, auditor enquiries, invoicing, purchase orders, and departmental inquiries.
About You:
* A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or Commerce is essential.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements, with experience in financial reporting, analysis and ERP systems.
* Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking and managing competing priorities.
* Reliability, conscientiousness, and motivation are highly valued traits.
