Redpath Partners are partnering with a privately backed property group to appoint a Senior Development Manager to take a senior leadership role across a substantial, long‐term development program. Alongside this, you will have the option to gain exposure to an additional large, mixed‐use precinct within the portfolio. This may include contributing to strategy development, assessing delivery models and commercial pathways, and supporting high‐level decision making.
You will also play a valued role in assessing new opportunities as the group continues to expand its development footprint through both acquisition and active development.

* Leading major elements of a long‐term industrial development
* Guiding planning, strategic positioning, and delivery preparation
* Influencing commercial strategy and development pathways across the portfolio
* Working closely with senior leadership on project direction and decision‐making
* Assisting in evaluating future opportunities as the business grows

About You
You are a development professional with experience across the project lifecycle who enjoys driving strategy and execution on complex, multi‐year projects. You bring:
* Experience across Industrial projects (DM or SDM level)
* Strong capability across planning, design, consultant management and delivery
* Commercial acumen and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
* Clear communication, leadership presence and sound judgement
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Engineering, Construction or similar
