We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work day/nights and weekends across a Monday-Sunday roster.
An absolute passion for retail and customer service is essential, with the ability to create memorable and empowering experiences for customers.
You will have the ability to use your initiative, answer questions confidently, and possess clear and upbeat communication skills that shine through in all interactions.
Flexibility is key, as you will be required to help out during the week, evenings, and weekends too.
Previous fashion retail experience is highly regarded but not essential.
