Finance Integration Manager – 12 Month Contract

DP World is seeking a Finance Integration Manager for a 12‐month contract role to lead and support the integration of Silk's finance activities into DP World's broader finance transformation and integration program. Working closely with stakeholders across both organisations, the successful candidate will drive the alignment of financial operations, systems, processes, controls, and reporting frameworks to ensure a seamless transition and ongoing compliance with group standards and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the integration of Silk's finance activities into the parent entity's broader finance transformation program
* Help align financial reporting, processes, and the Chart of Accounts with group standards
* Assist with balance sheet and cash flow deconsolidation activities
* Support legal entity simplification and rationalisation projects
* Align weekly and monthly reporting processes and maintain consolidated reporting
* Lead ERP integration activities, including data migration, testing, and system implementation
* Work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to deliver successful integration outcomes
* Identify and escalat[re] risks, issues, and process gaps that may impact reporting or financial controls
* Provide general project support and undertake other duties as required

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

* Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field, with CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification
* Strong experience in finance integration, financial reporting, management reporting, and consolidation/deconsolidation activities
* Previous experience in mid‐to‐senior finance roles within complex businesses with multiple entities or operations
* Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or distribution industries will be highly regarded
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across finance and non‐finance teams
* Hands‐on and detail‐oriented, with strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced environment and managing competing priorities to meet deadlines
* A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and streamlining financial processes
* Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, Power BI, and Board International is preferred
* Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large volumes of financial data
* Self‐motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
