About the Role
We are seeking a motivated internal sales professional to join our Perth team.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or customer service
* Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical, or mechanical equipment (highly desirable)
* Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
* Confident computer skills, including CRM and Microsoft Office
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and providing technical support while building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to and proactively manage customer enquiries (phone, email, counter sales)
* Prepare and follow up quotations, process orders, and ensure accurate documentation
* Provide technical advice and support to customers on specialised products and solutions
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term business relationships
* Drive sales by generating new business leads through proactive engagement
* Support external sales staff in converting business opportunities
* Contribute to branch operations, including receiving, packing, and dispatching goods
