This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Sales and Marketing division within Perpetual Corporate Trust (PCT), a specialist business within the Perpetual Group. Step into a dynamic, market-leading organisation in a newly created role that promises variety and professional growth across multiple business lines.

In this role, reporting to the Head of MFS Sales and Relationships, you'll take ownership of executing the new business and relationship strategy for Managed Funds Services (MFS). This national team is responsible for all sales across the Managed Funds Services team.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver revenue targets through execution of our MFS sales and relationship management strategy.
* Drive business development activities and complete all sales KPI's on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
* Manage all new business and client relationships activity through Client Connect and associated business reports for Sales & Marketing and Managed Funds Services.
* Negotiate pricing for new transactions and prepare client pitches and proposals.
* Exploit cross selling opportunities within PCT.
* Provide support coverage across the sales and relationship management team.
* Develop new client relationships across all market segments including but not limited to banks, fund managers, wealth managers and sovereign wealth funds.
* Client Retention.
* Complete visitation program and account plans for our MFS clients.
* Maintain & grow existing client relationships and drive client advocacy.
* Contribute to the strategic planning cycle, keep abreast of market dynamics and regulatory changes.
* Provide sound sector knowledge and help drive the prioritisation of new products to meet clients' needs and drive growth.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all of PCT's products and services to be able to explain the key features to new and existing clients.
* Attendance and from time to time at present at domestic and international seminars and conferences.
About you

To succeed in this role, you are a motivated \"go getter\" who has a technically sound understanding of funds management across asset classes and financial services. This position will suit a someone with the following experience:

* Relevant tertiary qualifications - Commerce, Business or Finance
* At least 3 years sales and/or relationship management experience
* Sound product knowledge in particular across the offerings within Managed Funds industry and financial services industry.
* Ability to build and maintain industry & networking relationships
* Strong problem-solving capabilities
* Sound organisational, presentation, communication and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and deliver against individual and team goals
* Ability to build and maintain strong industry relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to understand client and market needs and then position our core and extension products to address these needs.
