Training and Development Coordinator
The ideal candidate for this permanent, full-time role will be based in Melbourne, with the flexibility to work from home as part of a hybrid arrangement. Key responsibilities include leading the coordination of the annual Firefighter training schedule, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance requirements.
* Coordinate the annual Firefighter training schedule, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance requirements.
* Analyse training data and stakeholder feedback to enhance program effectiveness and address learning needs.
* Maintain compliance with ASQA/NZQA standards and internal quality frameworks across all training initiatives.
* Manage training documentation and invoicing processes, maintaining accuracy and adherence to organisational policies.
About You:
* Proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for learning and development.
* Experience in emergency response environments is desirable.
* Qualifications in business administration, training, or equivalent experience is also desirable.
* Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
* Proficiency in LMS, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools such as Power BI is highly valued.
* Australian Citizenship and eligibility for Defence Security Clearance are required.
