Responsibilities
* Managing a national portfolio of motor claims and handling inbound/outbound calls
* Providing excellent customer service to our customers in a timely manner
* Maintaining positive relationships with external and internal stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for our customers
* Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
About You
* High level of customer service experience, ideally within a claims environment
* Insurance knowledge/background is highly desirable
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Confidence to learn, access, and use different systems and software
* Strong attention to detail
* A team player attitude, focused on supporting and respecting others
