IT Support Technician

The Role
As an IT Support Technician, you will be part of an on‑site high‑impact team supporting a key defence initiative. You will work directly with clients, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth operation of mission‑critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide on‑site technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
* Set up and configure IT equipment, including computers, printers, and network devices.
* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with clients.
* Participate in training to build technical and customer‑service skills.
* Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and solutions.
What We're Looking For
* Australian citizenship and NV1 AGSVA clearance (mandatory).
* Positive, energetic attitude and strong desire to learn.
* Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
* Technical aptitude and adaptability to various environments.
* Valid driver's licence (travel to client sites may be required).
* Experience in Help Desk Level 1 or 2 support is a bonus, but not essential – training will be provided.
